Characters & Game Elements
Complete guide to every character, enemy, item, and game mechanic
Your Character
BANANA 26
You play as a golden-bodied character equipped with a tech helmet, cyber boots with hover soles, and articulated mechanical arms. This character can push crates, collect items, and navigate the grid.
Enemies
Three distinct enemy types, each with unique AI behavior patterns. They move after each of your moves and will end your run if they catch you.
Guard
Patrol & ChaseA green armored creature with four mechanical legs and red glowing eyes. Guards follow set patrol routes and chase you when you enter their detection range (5 tiles). Once alerted, they pursue for an extended range (12 tiles).
Chaser
Active HunterA purple creature with antenna-like ears and an agile form. Chasers use pathfinding algorithms to actively hunt you down. They are faster at making decisions than Guards and take the shortest path to reach you.
Seeker
Scout & AlertA cyan drone-like entity with a scanning lens that changes color when alerted. Seekers broadcast your position to all other enemies on the map. They are more cautious and will flee if you approach directly, but their intelligence makes all other enemies more dangerous.
Items & Collectibles
Banana
The primary collectible. Gather every banana on the map to complete the level.
Shield
Absorbs one enemy collision. Shields carry between levels, so preserving them helps later.
Key
Color-coded keys that unlock all matching locks when collected. Some have countdown timers.
Warp Tile
Step on a warp to teleport to its matching pair elsewhere on the map.
Tiles & Terrain
Floor
Standard walkable tile. Appearance changes with the selected theme.
Wall
Impassable barrier. Blocks movement for both the player and enemies.
Ice
Slippery surface. You keep sliding in your movement direction until you hit a solid object.
Spike Trap
Timed floor hazard that cycles between inactive, warning, and active (deadly) phases.
Crates & Obstacles
Normal Crate
Standard pushable crate. Push it to clear paths, block enemies, or activate pressure plates.
Fragile Crate
Breaks when pushed into a wall. Shows visible damage cracks with each impact.
Destructible Crate
Weaker construction. Destroyed when pushed against a wall or immovable object.
Heavy Crate
Cannot be pushed normally. A first push downgrades it to a normal crate, then it can be pushed like normal.
Advanced Mechanics
Pressure Plate
Activated when a crate is placed on it. Opens the corresponding gate while active.
Gate
Blocks passage until its linked pressure plate is activated by a crate.
Lock
Color-coded barrier. Automatically opened when the matching key is collected.
Timed Elements
Some keys and items have countdown timers displayed as 3D holographic rings. Collect them before they expire.
